Salma is currently a third-year student at the University of California, Santa Barbara, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Applied Psychology. She first began volunteering with PeerBuddies in the Summer of 2026 at the PeerBuddies Inclusion Summer Camp as a Volunteer Facilitator. Soon after, she was grateful for the opportunity to officially become part of the PeerBuddies team as a Lead Facilitator. Since then, Salma has continued to develop her passion for helping others. She feels incredibly fortunate to be part of such a wonderful team dedicated to building meaningful connections and creating an inclusive, supportive environment for all.
